Here’s a few photos of the store.

Inside the window are goblets and trays of buttons that are fun to dig through.  Books cover everything from little stitchers, bead projects, to advanced couture or home decorating. Rolls of Oilcloth and laminated cottons are fun to make tablecloths, tote bags, pencil bags and coin purses .

Step outside.  An English courtyard invites a birthday party to sew  party goodies.  Bridal or baby shower guests can make gifts.  Start your own ‘stitch club’ or have a “Sip & Sew” girls night out!

We are an authorized Brother sewing machine dealer.  Our demo machines are available for use in sewing classes and Studio Time.  Our 4’ x 8’ cutting table has a self-healing mat with a 1” grid; dress forms and a professional iron complete the design studio.

Liz is a dress form whose skirt is lots of yummy remnant pieces of silks, georgettes and chiffons.

Outside looking in at 634 Mission.  Bernice, my dress form, stands out there summoning customers in to take a look and be inspired.

A few accessories for you or your home.  Lots and lots of hangers draped with luscious silks, cottons, knits, upholstery and drapery fabrics.  All fresh from the downtown Los Angeles garment district.

A wall of notions, a row of decorative pillows, rolls and hanks of trim, all share the space with spools of thread and appliques.

Hope you liked the tour.  Drop in, call or email.  We always have something new and interesting.
